okay, so i have developed a mild obsession with the dugger family. that's that family from arkansas with 18 kids. they are superduper religious, you know the type where the women can't cut there hair or wear pants (they were long skirts). the woman's job is to squeeze out babies and look lovingly at her husband. okay so i want to hate them!! i think that saving your first kiss for your wedding day is ridiculous! having your wedding vows state that your husband will decided the number of children you have is from the stone age! and don't get me started on home schooling!!! but you know what? i can't hate them! they are all clean, intellegent, polite, well mannered people! yes i said intellegent, they are well-spoken (believe me i am around enough kids to know the diffenerence). they are not on wellfare, they work and support themselves. they volunteer in their community and they seem geniuninly happy! and you have to admit, although out of style they are all goodlooking people. you can't argue with success. so i find myself watching the show and the verge of blurting out some of my best sarcasm but then there is this part of me that asks "who are they hurting". sometimes i can be such a party pooper.
