i love my job, i love my job, i love my job...

i am getting my evaluation today at work. i am not sure that this is a good idea for me as it is january, that time of the month, and i am hungry. these do not meet the criteria for the best time to criticize me. hey, i am only thinking of their saftey...anyway evaluations are a good thing and of course they can't be all positive, you have to have something to work on. here is my problemo, i think, no i know, i am way too overqualified for my job. this is a given. in fact i am staying in this job because the hours are good for raising my children, the work is easy, and the pay check is enough to pay the rent so to speak. my supervisers are laughable and if you don't know me this may sound arrogant but i assure you it is true. i honestly don't mind a good constructive critque from someone i respect, who i can learn from. if there is one thing about myself that i know to be true is that i love information. information could be the lastest self help stratgies, the first 12 digits of pi, or who britney spears is dating. i love to learn. i love to apply knowledge and i love to better myself. what i can't stand is some goof ball on a power trip whose college transcripts couldn't even compare to mine telling me i need to be more organized. honey i work part time, have two kids, am secretary of the pto, volunteer in the classroom, bake a mean snowman cupcake for the boy scouts bake sale, look after a stuborn 97 year old, have floors you could eat off of, exercise 5 days a week, participate in mom's club activities, and oh yeah...i don't even break a sweat. so organize that biatch. (i told you it was that time of the month...)

YOU GO GIRL! I am so proud of you and look up to you! Just keep that inner dialog possitive during the whole dreadful experience, and call me and tell me all about it. Maybe it won't be that bad and they'll offer you a promotion...
